农村学校教师归属感问题及策略探究

摘    要:教师是决定教学质量的重要因素,是学校发展的中坚力量。农村学校教师归属感的缺乏,影响到农村学校的教学效果、教学进度和教师队伍稳定。国家政策保障缺失、学校管理不善和教师个人素养偏低是农村学校教师归属感缺乏的主要原因。需要从完善国家政策保障、营造良好工作环境和提高教师个人素养三方面寻求农村学校教师归属感的建构。

Abstract:Teachers play an important role in determining the teaching quality and serve as the backbone for the development of the school.Teachers in rural schools are lack of the sense of belonging,which affects their teaching effects,teaching schedule and the stabilization of the teaching teams in rural schools.The teachers’ lack of sense of belonging is caused by the deficiency of national policy,poor management of the schools and low quality of the teachers.The sense of belonging of the teachers in rural schools can be constructed by perfecting the national policy guarantee,creating good working environment and advancing the accomplishments of the teachers.
