| 摘 要： | 发展不足是地方师范院校普遍性的问题.打造特色,错位发展,是地方师范院校科学发展道路,是提高办学质量的一种战略选择.在打造特色中,应立足地方,提高服务地方经济社会的契合度.要充分发挥在教师教育方面的优势,提升培养培训水平,在教师职业专业化培养培训和职前培养职后培训一体化方面形成自身的办学特色.
