| 摘 要： | 我国首个知识管理国家标准的正式出台对我国知识管理的研究和实践都将产生重大影响,它对知识管理的概念统一、术语规范、实施指导、合作促进等方面将发挥重要作用.一些企业纷纷响应,找差距,及时跟进.但该标准也存在诸多不足.本文提出要根据实际情况,进一步完善该标准,扩大实用性和影响力等若干策略.
