高职女大学生就业中的性别刻板印象研究

摘    要:从性别刻板印象这一社会心理学的视角,探讨了导致高职女大学生就业中存在性别刻板印象主要原因是社会偏见、性别隔离和集体无意识,提出应从社会、学校、个体层面对其进行矫正。

Abstract:This paper,from the social psychological point of view,studies reasons for gender stereotyped iamages of working female students who graduated from higher vocational colleges.It points out that the main reasons for the gender stereotyped iamages of working female students are social prejudice,gender segregation and collective unconsciousness.Therefore,correction should be carried out from three levels, namely,levels of society,college and individual.
