| 摘 要： | 通过运动学分析揭示了我国优秀运动员程菲完成的平衡木团身后空翻转体360°站木的运动学规律与技术特点,为我国运动员发展和改进该动作提供了理论依据和技术参数,对于进一步提高我国平衡木的技术水平,保持我国平衡木的优势地位有积极的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Through making kinematical analysis,this paper pointed out the kinematical pattern and technical characteristic of salto backward tucked with 1/1 twist to cross stand on beam that performed by Cheng Fei in balance beam.The main purpose was to provide theory basis and technical parameter for developing and improving the movement of our gymnasts,and it was of positive and realistic significance for improving our technical level of balance beam and for keeping the dominant position of our balance beam. |
