摘    要:旅游服务质量是指旅游企业能满足游客享受旅游服务的水平。旅游服务质量对于旅游业的发展是至关重要的,是决定游客选择旅游目的地的一个重要的决定因素。因此,进行旅游服务创新,提高旅游服务质量对于旅游业发展的弹性非常大。本文运用四维度模型来分析旅游服务创新,以期推动旅游业的进一步发展。

An Analysis of the Innovation of Tourist Services
Abstract:The quality of tourist services refers to the level offered by travel enterprises to meet the visitors' enjoying tourist services. The quality of tourist services is vital to the development of travel industry. It is an important decisive factor for tourists to choose their destinations. Therewith, the implementation of innovation of tourist services and the improvement of tourist service quality have elastic influence in the development of travel industry. On the basis of the four-dimension module, this paper analyzes the innovation of tourist services to advance the further development of travel industry.
