| 摘 要： | 对我国现有普通高校社会体育专业的培养目标以及社会对社会体育人才需求等进行分析。结果显示：目前社会体育专业培养目标的定位与社会需求脱节,使该专业的课程方案设计不够合理,以及就业方向不够明确,导致该专业的毕业生就业形势较不乐观。因此提出社会体育专业应根据社会需求,把培养目标定位于为社会培养在社会体育领域中从事群众性体育活动的“技能指导型”高级专门人才,以便更好地为全民健身事业服务。

| Abstract: | The author analyzed the cultivation target of social sports specialty in ordinary universities and colleges in China and the demand of the society for social sports talents, and revealed the following findings: At present,the orientation of cultivation target of social sports specialty disengages from social demand,resulting in that the design of curriculum scheme of that specialty is not rational enough, and that employment orientation is not definite enough, and that the employment situation for the graduates of that specialty is not optimistic. Accordingly,the author suggested that social sports specialty should,in accordance with social demand,orientate its cultivation target in cultivating for the society the "skill instruction type" advanced specialized talents who engage in public sports activities in social sports area,so as to serve nationwide fitness undertaking better. |
