| 摘 要： | 汉字是思想文化的化石，爱美之心人皆有之，而“美”字则鲜明反映了我国古代的审美取向。本文从“美”字字义考释，继而分析推究我国古代以“味”为“美”，以“肥硕、丰腴”为“美”，以“长寿”为“美”的审美取向。
