| 摘 要： | 当前,福建省高校党风廉政建设初见成效,但也存在制度设计相对静态、滞后;制度体系缺乏系统性、整体性;执行制度刚性不足、制度检查力量弱化等问题,需要进一步提高高校反腐倡廉制度设计的动态性和创新性,提高制度建设的集成性,增强制度执行的刚性,并突出抓好防止产生不正之风和腐败行为的关键环节制度建设,推动福建省高校党风廉政建设进一步好转. |
