| 摘 要： | 运用调查咨询、数理统计等多种方法, 分析了我国西北五省贫困县体育锻炼者的活动状况与行为特征及其形成的可能原因。结果表明由于缺乏科学的指导和有效的组织, 体育锻炼者的行为具有极强的随意性。并就此提出了应加快学校体育改革进程, 大力发展农村社会的体育组织与团体, 积极弘扬优秀的民族文化等建议。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed on current situation of Northwest country masses practical sports activities and character of behavior by means of some research methods such as local and interview, statistics etc. The results show that the action of mass′ sports are provided with very strong randomness for lack of scientific guidance and effectively organize. At last, it made some suggestions that the reform course of school sports quicken and actively develop gymnasium groups in country community and excellent nation culture. |
