| 摘 要： | 教师是教育改革与发展的关键因素，教师的专业发展关系到教育的兴衰成败。教师队伍中存在着一个特殊的群体——初任教师，初任教师的专业发展对我国教师队伍的建设、教育质量的提高意义重大。文章试图通过对初任教师自主式发展的探讨，提出促进初任教师自主式发展的途径，从而帮助初任教师实现自主式发展。
