| 摘 要： | 农村经济体制改革推进了农村经济的大发展和农村家庭经济生活的显著变化，植根于这个经济基础之上的农村家庭婚姻必然地大受影响。关注民生问题，农村的民生问题是重头戏，如何更好的反哺农村，建设社会新农村是我们更应关注的议题。农村青年的婚姻趋势的变更，影响并决定着家庭功能在社会发展中起到的稳定功能。本文从婚姻外移视角，探讨了各项农村家庭功能的变迁与弱化以及这种新的变迁所引起的社会问题，并从改革农村户籍制度，加强政府管理，鼓励农村居住地创业，加强农村社会事业，保证义务教育经费，弥补家庭保障体系等方面就如何解决这些问题给出了一点意见。

| Abstract: | Rural economic reform has changed the rural economy and household life, including rural marriages. Rural youth new trends in marriages are creating impacts on the family function as a stabilizer in the community. As regards of the marriage transfer, this thesis has discussed social issues, such as the changes of the function of the rural families, that are brought about by the social reforms and has concluded with a number of proposals to address the existent issues. |
