| 摘 要： | "加快形成现代社会组织体制"是党的十八大提出的重要理论命题。本文首先界定和分析了"现代社会组织体制"的基本内涵和主要特征,归纳和剖析了当前我国社会组织体制发展存在的问题和不足,并在此基础上提出了加快建构现代社会组织体制的对策建议。

| Abstract: | To quicken the pace of building a system of modem social organizations is an important theoretical proposition which was put forward in the 18th national congress of CPC report. This paper defines and analyzes the basic connotation and the main features of the system of modem social organizations, summarizes and ana- lyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in the institutional development of Chinese society organizations, and on this basis proposes some recommendations to accelerate the construction of the system of modem social organizations. |
