| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,我国图书馆用人制度先后经历了传统人员录用阶段、探索改革阶段、全员聘用阶段以及多元发展阶段。文章对四个历史阶段的代表性用人制度进行了分析,对其意义及不足进行了充分的阐述。

| Abstract: | Since the foundation of People’s Republic of China,the library personnel system in the libraries of China has undergone several development stages such as traditional hiring stage,reformation stage,overall employment stage and multi-development stage.This paper analyzes the representative persnonel systems in four historicalstages and states the advantages and disadvantages of these systems. |
