| Abstract: | This paper expounds the present grim situation of non-current periodicals resources construction in the public library and puts forward some strategies for it on the basis of reconfirming the meaning of library non-current periodicals.Meanwhile,connecting with the author’s own working practice,this paper analyzes and gives thoughts about the lending work of the bound volume of the non-current periodicals in Dongguan Library. |
