| 摘 要： | 分析网络公开军事情报搜集范围、速度、方向以及获密几率、技术依赖和鉴别难度等方面的特征,阐述开拓情报搜集视野,跟踪掌控信息动态,多向互动激活情报,鉴别前移加强筛选,持续积累情报资料等网络公开军事情报搜集的新思维,提出创建广域的情报联合搜集网,发展多层次复合型情报人才和开发情报搜集技术等完善网络公开军事情报体系的措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the characteristics of collecting network source military intelligence(OSMI) such as scope,speed,direction,the probability to obtain secret,the dependence on technology and the difficulty of identification.The new ideas are discussed including extending scope of search,tracking the trend of information,activating intelligence by means of intercommunion,combining identification with collection and continual accumulation of intelligence.Measures to improve OSMI system are proposed to create union collection net,train compound intelligence talents and develop technology of collection etc..8 refs. |
