| 摘 要： | 文章围绕现代图书馆新的管理理念,阐述了图书馆以人为本的人性化服务的内涵,把人性化的理念,引入图书馆管理,对图书馆人性化服务的理念、人性化服务的必要性以及人性化服务的内容与措施作了一定的阐释与论证,目的在于在高校图书馆推广人性化服务的管理模式。
