摘    要:美国在职教师评价体系有着体系严谨、评价多元化等特点。通过对美国在职教师评价体系的评价原则、评价内容、评价标准以及评价方法等方面进行深入分析和研究,结合我国教师评价存在的评价目的不明确、认识不充分等现实问题,提出改善我国教师评价内容、明确评价标准、建立多元评价体系和注重教师的自我评价与教学反思等建议,以建立适合我国教师专业发展特点的教师评价体系。

Abstract:America in-service teacher’s evaluation system has a rigorous system,evaluation of diversified characteristics.Based on the deep analysis and research of American teacher evaluation system evaluation principles,evaluation content,evaluation criteria and evaluation methods,combined with actual problems of China’s teacher evaluation teacher evaluation purpose is not clear,the inadequate understanding of teacher evaluation,the article put forward to improve our country teacher evaluation content,evaluation standard,establish clear multiple evaluation system and pay attention to the teacher s self evaluation and teaching reflection and suggestion,and to establish teacher evaluation system to suit China’s teacher professional development characteristics.
