| 摘 要： | 大学生利用高校科技成果进行机会型创业是促进高校科技成果转化,降低创业风险,发挥知识优势进行创业的重要举措。为提高大学生机会型创业的成功率,文章在对大学生机会型创业初创期项目的成熟度分析的基础上,阐明高校好项目,很快由企业转化,大学生所利用的科技成果往往是阶段性的成果。从初创期技术成果的产品化、生产工艺设计及营销模式策划等方面分析阐述了大学生机会型创业初创期的产品创新、工艺创新及市场创新特性,提出扶持大学生创业初期创新的措施。

| Abstract: | The university students carrying out the opportunity entrepreneurship by the achievement of college science and technology are important measures to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,reduce business risk,and play the knowledge advantage to do entrepreneurship.To improve the success rate of the students’ opportunity entrepreneurship,the article clarified on the basis of the analysis the start-up project maturity of students’ opportunity entrepreneurship that the good project soon transformed by the enterprise,the college students by making use of the achievements of science and technology is often the period achievement.The article analyzed the start-up period product innovation of college students’ opportunity entrepreneurship,technological innovation and market innovation characteristic from the start-up period of technology products,the production process design and marketing planning and other aspects,and put forward the measures to support the undergraduate start-up entrepreneurship. |
