摘    要:针对目前我国采矿工程专业矿山安全方向没有一套较完整、较系统的矿业安全人才素质培养模式和采矿工程专业矿山安全方向课程的教学内容体系,从我国矿业经济的发展和社会发展的需要,开展了矿业安全方向创新人才培养模式研究与实践,提出了一套较系统完整的适合我国采矿工程专业矿山安全方向创新人才培养方案及矿业安全方向人才培养的课程教学内容体系和实践教学体系,建立了配套的实验教学的矿井安全技术实验室,制定了实验教学课内容。

Abstract:There is no more comprehensive,more systematic mining safety and quality of talent cultivation mode and the mining engineering curriculum content system for the direction of mine safety of mining engineering now.From the needs of China’s mining economy development and social development,the article carry out the research and practice for the training model of innovative talent of the mining safety,and presents a completely systematic programs for the innovative talent training,and the curriculum teaching content system and practice teaching system for the innovative talent training,establish a Mine Safety Technology Laboratory supporting the experimental teaching,developed the experimental teaching course content.
