| 摘 要： | 通过对康巴藏区藏族大学生体育意识、参与状况、运动能力以及学校体育现状的调查分析，在掌握他们参与体育活动目的、兴趣、爱好和性格特征及其规律的基础上，提出了符合他们兴趣、爱好并能充分体现其民族特点和性格特征的体育活动与教学的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation and analysis on the sports awareness, participation, and sports ability of Tibetan university students in Tibetan area of Kangba and their school P.E. status and based on their purpose, interest, hobby, characteristics and law when participating sports activity, it suggests some sports activities which content with their interest, hobby and also embody, ethnical features and temper characters and teaching countermeasures. |
