| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对高校体育专业学生参与全民健身志愿服务活动的现实意义及长效机制等问题进行理论探索。认为高校体育专业学生参与全民健身志愿服务活动是高等教育的任务，他们利用自己的专业知识奉献了爱心、服务了他人，也锻炼了自己；缓解了全民健身组织指导服务短缺的矛盾；同时还传播了现代体育文化，有利于培育体育健身市场。建立高校体育专业学生参与全民健身志愿服务长效机制，要从建立组织管理机制、激励机制和服务保障机制入手。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature and logical analysis, this article explored the realistic meaning and the long-term mechanism of sports professional students from college participate in the volunteer service activities about national fitness. It considers that sports professional students participate in the volunteer service activities about national fitness is the task to higher education, they use their knowledge, dedicate love, serve others, and also improve themselves; Easing conflicts of shortage in guidance and organization services about the national fitness; also sprcaded the modem sports culture, fostered the sports fitness market. To establish the Long-term Mechanism of Sports Professional Students from College Participation in Volunteer Service about National Fitness, Starting from establish organizational management mechanism, incentive mechanism and the safeguard mechanism of service. |
