| 摘 要： | 对高校教师糖尿病患病风险进行测试,并对危险因素进行分析,为糖尿病的早发现及早预防提供科学的依据。方法：采用eZscan-糖尿病早期检测系统测量960名高校教师的糖尿病患病风险;常规测量法测量腰围和臀围,并算出腰臀比;最后结合问卷调查法,获得基本资料。结果：年龄、高血压史、腰臀比、周锻炼次数与高校教师糖尿病发病风险显著性相关,且存在性别差异。结论：（1）年龄与糖尿病患病风险高度相关,教师年龄越大,患糖尿病风险越高。（2）糖尿病风险与高血压史有相关性,有高血压史的教师糖尿病患病风险增高,且男性高于女性。（3）糖尿病风险与腰臀比高度相关。教师中腰臀比超标者发生糖尿病风险高,且男性尤其明显,腰臀比正常者发生糖尿病风险低,且女性尤其明显。（4）教师周锻炼次数与糖尿病患病风险呈显著性负相关,体育锻炼是糖尿病预防及控制有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective]： The risk of diabetes and its risk factors in college teachers were analyzed to provide a scientific basis for the early prevention and diagnosis of diabetes.Methods]： The early detection system of eZscan-diabetes were used to detect the risk of diabetes.Conventional measurement was used to measure waistline and hipline,and the waist-to-hip ratio was calculated; Finally,combined with the questionnaire method,the basic information was obtained.Results]： Age,history of hypertension,waist-hip ratio,and exercise times per week are risk factors of diabetes.Conclusions]：（1） The risk of diabetes of college teachers increases and peaks with age increasing.（2） College teachers with the history of hypertension have higher risk of diabetes than those without the history of hypertension.（3）The risk of diabetes of college teachers have higher correlation with waist-hip ratio.（4） The college teachers who exercise more per week has lower risk of diabetes than those who exercise fewer per week. |
