| 摘 要： | 运研究民族健身操发展的文化背景、历史渊源以及价值功能,探讨民族健身操在民族预科教育体育课程教学中的运用。研究认为,民族健身操是实现新时期我国民族传统体育发展方式转变的重要途径和手段,将民族健身操纳入民族预科体育教学中,能拓展体育课程内容、丰富校园体育文化、促进民族团结以及传承民族传统体育文化等。

| Abstract: | Using literature material law,method of inspection,survey procedure as well as interview law and so on,research nationality gymnastic exercises development cultural context,historical origin as well as value function,discussion nationality gymnastic exercises in national preparatory course education sports curriculum teaching utilization.The research believed,The national gymnastic exercises are realize the important way and the method which the new time our country nationality tradition sports development way transforms,Integrates in the national preparatory course sports teaching the national gymnastic exercises,Can develop the sports curriculum content,Rich campus sports culture,Promotion national unity as well as inheritance nationality tradition sports culture and so on. |
