| 摘 要： | 通过对高校体育专业裁判员培养现状的走访调查,发现出师资、器材等方面的欠缺和不足。通过专家访谈和院校课程设置对比,建议增加裁判理论课程时数、通过＂实践＂课加深对规则和裁判法的理解、创造裁判工作机会,检验裁判实际能力,以此改善目前现状的不足,制定出更合理的培养方法为学生提供提升裁判能力的平台。

| Abstract: | This article through visiting investigation to the present situation of the training of college sports professional referees, find out the and the insufficiency such as lack of teachers and equipment etc. Through expert interviews and comparison of school curriculum, it is suggested that the referee theory course hours should be increased, through the practice course, to deepen the students＇ understanding of the rules and judging law, create job opportunities of judge for students, examine the students＇ actual ability of judge, thus to improve the insufficiency, develop a more reasonable training methods to promote the students＇ ability. |
