| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析等研究方法,对当前太仓市第一中学开展阳光体育运动的开展现状进行研究,发现学生对阳光体育运动认识不足,缺乏体育锻炼意识,参与体育的运动时间短,运动频率低,体育资源不足,阳光体育运动缺乏创新。并提出健全领导机制,加大宣传力度,增大体育场馆设施的开放和建设力度,加强学校体育教师师资队伍建设,重视评价工作等对策和建议,以确保该校阳光体育运动的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | The paper reveals the phenomenon that the lack of student understanding of the sun off sports,lack of physical exercise awareness,participation in physical exercise time is short,low frequency of exercise,lack of sports resources,lack of innovation sunshine Sports in the first middle schools students by use of literature,survey research methods,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the current status of Taicang City.And proposed mechanisms to improve leadership,step up publicity efforts to increase the openness of the sports facilities and put greater efforts in construction of sports facilities,and strengthen school of physical education teachers teaching staff physical education,pay attention to the evaluation work of the suggestions,to ensure the smooth realization of the goal of sunshine sports movement. |
