| Abstract: | Summary Adult students, while often aware of library services offered by the institution they are enrolled in, often seek the familiarity and convenience of a local public library. These libraries may or may not be able to assist students with their assignment. In either case, librarians can establish an environment of good will and future support by acknowledging the unique characteristics, concerns, and priorities of the adult learner. |
