| Abstract: | Serving a hospital-based educational program such as the School of Enterostomal Therapy (E.T.) provides the opportunity to teach library skills and expand library services to meet the needs of a growing specialty. This article includes: a synopsis of the E.T. educational program, a history of the specialty, and an explanation of the separate library services provided to students and faculty. Search strategy developed to more easily access literature pertinent to the E.T. nurse is described and examples given. |
