小学优秀班主任素质结构研究

摘    要:本研究尝试确定小学优秀班主任素质要素及其内在结构。结合文献法、访谈法和问卷法,甄选出小学优秀班主任重要素质30项。174名小学班主任对这些素质的重要性进行了评定,40名小学班主任对这些素质词语进行了自由分类。运用多维标度分析方法,探讨了小学优秀班主任素质的结构模型。结果表明,小学优秀班主任素质可以归纳为5个方面:人际交往倾向,个性魅力,团队管理能力,认知能力,知识经验。

Abstract:Through the research we attempt to figure out the quality structure of the excellent director of a class in the primary school. Literature, interview and questionnaire are used and 30 important terms of qualities are identified. A total of 174 directors of class in the primary school have assessed the importance of these qualities, among which 40 have also classified these qualities. By means of multidimensional scaling analysis, the author has explored the structure of these qualities. The results show that qualities of the excellent director of a class in the primary school are divided into 5 parts: interpersonal tendency, personality charm, ability of team management, cognitive ability, knowledge and experience.
