| 摘 要： | 以体育强国战略为基点,进而引出竞技体育可持续发展的目标;而完善的运动员社会保障体系能够有力地促进这个目标的实现.通过问卷调查、专家访谈和研究我国运动员社会保障体系的发展历程,探索我国运动员社会保障体系存在的问题;并利用社会保障的特性和一般发展规律,及借鉴国外的发展经验,提出解决的对策.
