技工院校员工培训模式创新研究与实践

摘    要:开滦技师学院在为企业培训员工的过程中不断创新,采用线上与线下相结合的培训方式,把传统职业教育、教学活动在线化、数字化,形成新型“互联网+职业教育”的模式。在进行PLC专项培训时,经过调研讨论,完成了面向企业的培训计划。在培训中采用线上教学主要讲授理论知识,创新三种线上授课方法,对比了这三种方式的使用特点。线下培训主要培训员工的操作技能,增强故障处理能力,提高员工程序编制能力。经与企业协商,培训评价方式采用技能比武方式进行,达到了预期的培训效果。

Research and Practice on Innovation of Staff Training Mode in Technician Schools

Abstract:Kailuan Technician College is constantly innovating in the process of training employees for enterprises.It combines online and offline training methods to make traditional vocational education and teaching activities online and digital,forming a new model of"Internet+Vocational Education".In the PLC special training,after investigation and discussion,the enterprise-oriented training plan is completed.In the training,the online teaching mainly teaches the theoretical knowledge,innovating three kinds of online teaching methods,comparing the usage characteristics of these three methods.The off-line training mainly trains the staff’s operation skill,enhances the breakdown processing ability,and enhances the staff procedure establishment ability.After consulting with the enterprise,the training evaluation is carried out by skill competition,and the expected training effect is achieved.
