健身俱乐部经营要素及其特性研究

摘    要:由于我国经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们在满足物质生活需要的同时,“健康”也逐渐引起了人们的注意,所以,健身俱乐部应运而生.要使健身俱乐部很好地生存和发展下去,我们必须对健身俱乐部经营基本要素有一个全新的认识.本文从健身俱乐部经营要素及其特性出发,分析了俱乐部现代经营面临的主要问题.在健身俱乐部经营不善的今天,本文对俱乐部经营者有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:As a result of China's economic development and continuous improvement of people's living standard,fitness clubs come into being to meet the needs for healthy life.Fitness clubs face such problems in their operations: great mobility of membership sales consultants and coaches,loss of existing memberships and casual reduction of membership fee.This paper offered an analysis of the management elements and characteristic of fitness clubs and solutions were proposed.
