| 摘 要： | 校园文化在新建本科院校培养大学生创新人格的过程中发挥着突出作用。本文通过问卷调查,着重探讨分析了校园文化对大学生创新人格发展的影响程度,并就新建本科院校校园文化如何为大学生创新人格的培养与发展提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | The campus culture plays an outstanding role in the cultivation of college student's innovative personality of new undergraduate colleges.The article,on the basis of analyzing the effective questionnaire investigation to college students of new undergraduate colleges in Fujian,mainly probes into the extent to which campus culture influences the development of college student's innovative personality and,in the end,puts forward some suggestions about how to cultivate and develop college student's innovative personality. |
