| 摘 要： | 晚年列宁在布尔什雏克党一党执政不长的时间内，觉察到了党的领导体制存在的严重弊端。1922年前后，他陆续提出了一系列改革思想。列宁的改革思想在后来苏联的政治体制形成过程中没有引起重视，但对我国目前不断推进的改革却仍具有重要的启示作用。

| Abstract: | Lenin, in his later years when Communist Party ran the government, realized the serious defect in the party's leadership system and proposed a series of ideas for its reform, which, though not really valued much by the Soviet government in the forming of the political system, will shed significant enlightenment on the continuous reform in present China. |
