| 摘 要： | 广东潮汕地区具有悠久的饮食文化,形成了独特的地方饮食风味。其烹饪原料丰富,表现在水产类原料丰富,蔬菜瓜果种类多样,调料品种繁多。粿文化、粥文化以及工夫茶文化,彰显当地的饮食文化特色。

| Abstract: | The long-standing catering culture in Chaoshan area gives birth to unique catering flavor. The plenti-ful cooking materials are reflected in the abundant aquatic materials, varied Fruits and vegetables and a great va-riety of seasonings. The ＂Guo＂ culture, porridge culture and Gongfu tea culture demonstrate the features of local catering culture. |
