| 摘 要： | 体育教师是实现高校体育课程教育目标和保证体育教学质量的关键因素,其职业满意感是影响体育教师教学行为的重要因素之一,研究体育教师的成就动机、专业发展、社会认同、经济收入等影响其满意感的因素,对普通高校管理者切实采取措施熏调整激励方式,促进其工作积极性具有重要的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | Physical education teacher is the key factor to achieve the teaching objective and ensure the physical education quality. The occupational satisfaction is one of the important factors to influence teaching behavior of physical education teachers. The research on achievement motivation, professional development, social recognition and economic income of physical education teachers has significant influence on setup policy, adjust the incentive style and promote their working enthusiasm. |
