| 摘 要： | 和平与发展仍是当今时代的主题。但同时,世界还很不安宁,发展很不平衡,各种传统安全问题远未解决的情况下,与之相对的“非传统安全”威胁又日渐凸显。重视以国际恐怖主义为代表的各种非传统安全问题是21世纪各国面临和亟待探讨的问题。新时代下的中国国家安全同样需要关注“非传统安全”,这符合中国所处的国际环境、中国经济建设的最高战略目标和中国民众的关注焦点。

| Abstract: | The peace and the development are still the modern times topic. But at the same time, the world is quite unstable and the development is very unbalance. With the traditional security problem far from being solved, the threat of non- traditional security is once again projected. The non-traditional security based on the international terrorism has become an important issue of the 21century for every country to seek after. In the new era, the national security in China also needs to pay attention to the non-traditional security, which is in accordance with the international environment that China lies in, the tallest strategic target of the Chinese economic development and the focus that Chinese people concern. |
