| 摘 要： | 中国科技情报（科技信息）事业在本质上属于软科学研究机构范畴，是软科学研究机构的重要组成部分。以该事业为重要实践基础和来源的中国情报学研究由于认识的偏差，将科技情报事业简单地等同于图书馆事业，结果被严重地“图书馆学化”。对此，需要正本清源，明确中国科技情报（科技信息）事业的软科学研究机构本质归属内生地决定着以其为重要实践基础和来源的中国情报学的学科建设方向。

| Abstract: | The Sci. & Tech. intelligence (information) undertaking of China belongs to organizations for the research of Soft Science in nature and is regarded as the imperative part of them. Chinese Intelligence Studies Science which is directly originates from and based on the Sci. & Tech. intelligence (information) undertaking of China, is greatly influenced by and almost identified with Library Science at present for the reason that its disciplinary conception has deviated from its nature. So, the disciplinary construction of Chinese Intelligence Studies Science should circle tightly the point that the nature of the Sci. & Tech. intelligence (information) undertaking of China inherently determinates and control the direction of that. |
