| 摘 要： | 国库集中支付制度是我国财政管理制度改革的一项重要内容,也是从源头预防和治理腐败的重要措施。运行2年来,取得了初步成效,但在思想认识、流程规范、部门衔接等方面仍存在一些问题,需要在演化改革中不断反思、总结经验,进一步改进和完善国库集中支付制度。

| Abstract: | National treasury centralized pay system is one important item of financial management system in China.It is also an important measure to prevent and control corruption from the source.The system has been proved effective in recent two years,but there still exist some problems in ideology,circuit standard and branch cooperation,which demand constant reflection about past experiences improve the system in further reform. |
