| 摘 要： | 目前我们国家正大力提倡企业通过创新求发展,通过创新提高企业的经济效益,而对于企业技术创新评估方法的研究无疑是衡量企业创新水平,提高创新能力的重要一环。本文试图对企业技术创新评估的指标体系和方法进行归纳整理,进而对每一类方法从几种不同角度对评估的方法进行评述,以期从不同的视角来探讨企业技术创新评估的方法,对提高企业技术创新评估的水平有所裨益,进而使企业在此基础上进一步提高技术管理水平,推动我国的创新型国家的建设。

| Abstract: | China is making great efforts to promote the enterprise development through innovation.The economic efficiency of enterprises is enhanced because of the innovation.The reseach on the technical innovation assessment is the important link that measures the innovation level of enterprises and improves the innovation ability.The index system and method of enterprise technical innovation assessment are summed up and sorted out.Then the each type of evaluation method is commented from several different angles with a view to raise the level of the assessment and to promote the construction of an innovation-oriented country. |
