| 摘 要： | 市场经济浪潮下,随着我国竞技体育市场化程度的不断推进,利益角逐也不断加剧,由竞技体育引起的纠纷在内容和形式上都呈现多元化发展的趋势,错综复杂的竞技体育纠纷已经严重制约了我国体育事业的发展。笔者认为：就目前我国体育纠纷解决机制建设看,当务之急是建设完善、有效的体育行业协会内部纠纷解决机制。唯有此,竞技体育纠纷才能得到及时有效的解决,也唯有此,我国体育竞技市场才能步入良性循环,实现可持续发展。文章通过对我国体育行会及体育行会内部纠纷解决机制的的现状分析,指出我国体育行会内部体育纠纷解决机制存在的主要问题,并基于我国实际对我国体育行会内部纠纷解决机制的重构提出一定的见解。

| Abstract: | Under the wave of the market economy, as the degree of constant advancement of China＇s competitive sports market , the Pursuit of interests is also on growing, the disputes caused by competitive sports are showing the trend of diversification both in content and form, and complex disputes in competitive sports has been constrained China＇s sports development severely. The author believes that： With regard to the current dispute settlement mechanisms of Sports. The most urgent task is to build a sound and effective Sports Industry Association of internal dispute settlement mechanisms. Only by this way, can the competitive sports disputes get timely and effective resolved. Also only by this way, can China＇s sports market can enter a virtuous cycle of competitive and achieve sustainable development. The Article pointed out the main problems in Sports Industry Association of internal dispute settlement mechanisms by analyzed China＇s sports guild and Sports Industry Association of internal dispute settlement mechanisms. And lastly, put forward certain insights into the reconstruction of China sports guild of the internal dispute settlement mechanism under that take China＇s reality into consideration. |
