| 摘 要： | 节假日调整是促进民族传统体育文化发展的良好契机,部分有特色的项目得到了发展契机,如:踏青、秋千、龙舟等.体育工作者应以节假日调整为契机,对即将消失的传统体育项目进行挖掘、抢救;并向民众大力宣传、推广民族传统体育项目,使民族传统体育文化得到更好的传承和弘扬.

| Abstract: | Adjustment of holidays is an opportunity to promote the development of traditional sports culture.Some distinctive items will be promoted,such as having a stroll in the countryside in spring,swings,dragon boat races,and so on.Sports workers should take this opportunity to save and excavate the traditional national sports items and publicize and promote them so that the traditional sports culture could be passed on and carried forward. |
