闽江口湿地互花米草地上生物量的月动态特征

摘    要:利用2008年3月~10月闽江口湿地互花米草地上生物量等群落特征的调查资料,分析其地上生物量、地上生物量的绝对生长速率和相对生长速率、株高、密度的月动态特征,同时利用spss软件对生物量、株高、密度作相关分析.结果表明:①地上生物量在7月中旬达到最大值,为2658.9g/m2,其月变化经历了一个"增加-减小-缓慢增加"的过程;②绝对生长速率在5月~6月达到最大值,为32.48 g/(m~2·d),之后波动变化,在7月~8月出现负值;③相对生长速率在4月~5月达到最大值,为0.043 g/(g·d),也在7月~8月出现负值;④株高在7月份达到最高点,平均株高达219cm;密度在5月份达到最高点,为208株/m~2;⑤株高与地上生物量呈极显著正相关,而平均密度与地上生物量、平均株高则无显著相关.

Monthly Dynamics of Aboveground Biomass of Spartina Alterniflora in Minjiang River Estuary Wetland

Abstract:The Minjiang River estuary wetland, one of the most important wetlands in Fujian province, China, is currently being increasingly dominated by alien invasive species Spartina alterniflora, causing its native species such as Phragmites australis and habitats for animals to be dangerous. The S. alterniflora has been spreading rapidly since its invasion in year 2004. However, there are still no effective measures to deal with these problems, with showing little research about the treatment for protecting native species over this area. The authors carefully examined the invasive situation regarding S. alterniflora over the Minjiang river estuary wetland in Shanyu floodplain, whose edge was seriously dominated by S. alterniflora in year 2008. Based on observations of community characteristics including aboveground biomass, height and density of S. alterniflora in the Minjiang river estuary wetland from March to October in 2008, monthly dynamics of aboveground biomass, average height, average density, absolute growth rate and absolute growth rate of aboveground biomass of S. alterniflora were extensively investigated. A correlation analysis among aboveground biomass, average height and average density were also performed. Field investigations of aboveground biomass were conducted by a harvest method, randomly selecting four 0.5m×0.5m quadrats in the study site. Results indicated that:1) from March to October, the aboveground biomass first increased, peaked in the middle of July with a maximum of 2658.9g/m2, thereafter decreased from late July to the middle of August, and slowly increased from the late August to the middle of October; 2) the absolute growth rate reached a maximum of 32.48g/(m2·d) from May to June, fluctuating thereafter. A negative value of -21.63 g/(m2·d) even occurred from July to August; 3) the relative growth rate reached a maximum of 0.043g/(g·d) from April to May and a negative value of -0.009g/(g·d) was also observed from July to August; 4) the average height reached a maximum of 219 cm in July while the average density showed a maximum of 208 individuals /m2 in May; 5) there existed a markedly positive correlation between aboveground biomass and average height, while the average density did not show a significant correlation with aboveground biomass and average height. It would be the first time that the monthly dynamics of aboveground biomass of S. alterniflora in the Minjiang river estuary wetland was examined. The results provided in this study would be helpful to investigations of carbon sinks of the Minjiang estuary wetland and offer a scientific basis for rational utilization and treatment of alien invasive species in wetlands.
