| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国许多高校进行了产学研用协同创新的探索,在促进高校内涵式发展,提高教育教学质量,提升学生创造力方面取得了成绩.然而,从目前协同创新的范围、深度、有效性来看,部分高校协同创新工作暴露出动力不足的问题.本文就高校协同创新动力要素进行了分析.首先对高校协同创新的概念进行了理论溯源,然后主要从协同创新系统的动力要素方面入手,对我国部分高校协同创新现状做出分析,并借鉴国外具有代表性的高校协同创新模式提出了让学院协同创新工作保持活力的思路：一是资源整合,促进人才的跨学科培养和联合培养.二是建立完善的利益分配与风险共担机制.

| Abstract: | In recent years, many colleges and universities in our country had carried on the study in collaborative innovation. And it had a good effect on connotative development, teaching quality, as well as improving students＇ creativity. However, from the scope and depth of collaborative innovation, some universities collaborative innovation work exposed the problem of insufficient power. In this paper, the dynamic factors of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities were analyzed. First, the author had discussed the theory about the concept of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities, and then made analysis about the present situation of some universities in our country cooperative innovation, mainly from the aspects of dynamic factors of collaborative innovation system. Moreover, drawed lessons from foreign representative proposed collaborative innovation pattern in colleges and universities order to get to know the ideas of keeping college collaborative innovation vitality： one was resource integration, and joint training of talents; the second was to establish perfect benefit allocation and risk-sharing mechanism. |
