| 摘 要： | 本文从全科医生的概念出发,结合厦门大学图书馆各部门的工作职责,提出高校图书馆流通馆员的角色应是图书馆的“全科医生”,并从其角色——“全科医生”化要求出发,对其角色定位、知识结构与能力、培训目的、培训方法、培训内容等方面进行了探讨。
