基于电路三要素理论的五值双向移位寄存器设计

摘    要:通过对电路三要素(信号、网络和负载)理论和六值代数理论的研究,提出了五值D触发器的元件级结构设计方案。然后,根据移位寄存器的功能特性,以五值D触发器为核心器件,设计了五值双向移位寄存器。最后,PSPICE模拟验证了所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能。

Abstract:Through the research on the theory of three essential circuit elements(signal,net and load) and six-valued algebra,this paper presents a novel element level design scheme of five-valued D flip-flop.Then based on the characteristic of shift-register,we use the five-valued D flip-flop as the core component to design five-valued bidirectional shift-register.Finally,the logical functions of the five-valued D flip-flop and five-valued bidirectional shift-register designed are verified by PSPICE simulations.
