旅游景区环境管理初探

摘    要:在旅游业快速发展的今天,旅游业对国民经济、社会发展的贡献令人瞩目,然而与此相对应的则是旅游业发展中环境恶化,旅游市场秩序混乱以及旅游开发中的无序发展,非可持续发展等问题越来越突出,旅游环境管理开始受到重视.其中,旅游景区环境管理作为旅游景区经营管理的微观管理活动,直接关系到景区利润的获取,旅游者旅游体验的质量,以及景区和景区所在区域旅游业的可持续发展.本文从旅游者体验的角度对旅游景区环境进行了重新定义,分析了旅游景区环境管理的内容,并从景区利益相关者共同参与的角度分析了景区环境管理的实现途径,力求为旅游景区管理创新提供新的思路.

Abstract:With the rapid development of tourism ,its contribution to economy and society is remarkable. At the same time, the environment deterioration, disorder of tourism market and other problems are more and more obvious and serious. Tourism environmental management is paid more attention, among which the environmental management of the scenic spots is the micromanagement of scenic spots management. Also, the environmental management of the scenic spots directly relates to the profit of the spots, the quality of tourists experience and the sustainable development of spots. This article redefines the scenic spots environment from the angle of tourists experience, and analyses the way of environmental management from the angle of stakeholders, trying to offer new thoughts for the innovation of scenic spots management.
