| 摘 要： | 十七大报告在分配公平问题上的创新之处,在于提出"初次分配和再分配都要处理好效率和公平的关系,再分配更加注重公平",与"初次分配注重效率,再分配注意公平"的分配制度相比有了实质性的突破。为了从理论与实践统一的高度更好地解决社会公正失衡的问题,我们还必须加强理论研究;《企业劳动产权概论》对解决分配公平问题的新探索令人耳目一新。
