| 摘 要： | “以人为本”是科学发展观的核心内容，其意蕴不但是对人类社会发展规律和中国社会主义现代化建设规律认识的深刻反映，更是对时代精神的集中反映，是马克思主义人学新的理论形态。文章从分析马克思主义的人本理论出发，深入剖析“以人为本”思想对马克思主义人本思想的继承和发展。

| Abstract: | ＂People-oriented＂ is the core content of Scientific Outlook on Development It is not only a deep reflection of the cognition of the developping law of human society and China＇s socialist modernization, but also a concentrated reflection of spirit of the time. It is the new theoretic formation of Marxist anthropology. From analyzing Marxist humanistic theory, the cognition that people-oriented thought is the inheritage and development of Marxist humanistic thought is improved. |
