| 摘 要： | 文章以乡土社会调查的材料为依据,以法律社会学的知识为支持,对当前我国乡土社会纠纷的诉讼解决机制现状进行了较全面的描述与评判,指出乡土社会的整个宏观文化背景、经济因素、社会条件等诸多合成因素决定了乡土社会的纠纷解决机制的选择.

| Abstract: | Based on the material of social investigation of the rural society and supported by the knowledge of law sociology, this paper generally describes and judges the current situation of the mechanism of lawsuit solving dispute in present rural society of our country and points out that some factors of rural society including the whole macroscopical culture background, the economic factor, the social conditions and so on integrate altogether and decide the choice of the way of solving dispute in rural society. |
